Filter the activities available to specific students

make activities only available to specific students (for example our Duke of Edinburgh's Award expeditions should only be available to the students who are taking part in the award rather than all of the students in the relevant year groups

    Hi, thanks for getting in touch. There is a workaround I can share with you, but keen to hear if it doesn't fully solve the challenge for you...

    When setting up activities in admin -> disable student and parent auto-enrol. Then when you create activities, you can manually add the intended students. However this does enrol them, rather than just sending the availability.


    Hopefully this little admin change and manual input might do the job for you, but do let me know.
