Epraise ideas

Guest Students

Each year we have some guest students join us … usually from Europe. They join classes and lessons and as such also need access to Epraise.

Unfortunately we can’t add them to SIMS as “normal” students because we don’t receive funding for them, so they can’t appear on official lists/census etc.

This means that they don’t automatically get synced into Epraise and if I add them manually, they get archived as soon as there is a sync.

Is there a fix for this? Is there something I can do so that they remain “live”?
