Clear demo report and incident logs

Could you tell me how to clear the "Report and Incident " logs - we have been trialling this and have lots of demo incidents. We now want to start fresh.

    We think the best way for this to work is to choose the "No action required" value for the status, which will hide it from the list of incidents by default, without removing the data itself (which we want to avoid doing for safeguarding reasons).
