Creation of a House Leaderboard

The school is wanting to see a ranking of Houses that week for a specific year group to share in assemblies etc. They would need a way to filter a house leaderboard weekly by year group. The most straight-forward solution we can think of is another tab in Community for House Leaderboard that has the same functions as the others but I'm not sure how easy that is to implement. Or maybe if if there was some sort of filter that could be place to just show specific year groups under Community>House Points/ Summary? That would be amazing because you could show the graphs etc. But I'm not technically minded and that might be a big ask!
