Internationalisation - Chinese forenames


I hope this is a quick and easy question to answer. Our expat staff here all appear as, for example, ‘Mr N Bury’. This is great and easy to understand. However, the Chinese staff just appear as, for example ‘Wang’. There are lots of people with the same surname here and it can get confusing. My question is, can we change a setting on ePraise to allow ePraise to get Wonde to take the information from somewhere else? I know MyConcern connects to Wonde and takes their full name and it works well,
