ability to customise what gets shared (public or private)

Ability to select at demerits / intervention level if that type of demerits and / or its comments can get shared with parents / students. Similarly, this ability would need to be possible at Intervention level. Some schools would see that as having more control over the amount of information they deliver to parents.
