Messenger - Archive messages

Good morning,I just wanted to please pass on a message from a parent we received regarding the ability to delete messages from the school on Messenger:I’ve been struggling with their messaging system. It gets really really crowded after a while.I cannot sort things and things get lost very quickly.I wish I could delete messages that are completed or none of my concern.For instance, I inform the class teacher that one of my kids isn’t coming in, and that message will be with me forever. Occupying other important messages such as National day celebration info or times for assessments.So basically I want to be able to delete messages or at least move them into custom folders if I cannot delete them.Thank you so much,I'm not sure if the ability for parents to delete messages will be available one day but a lot of parents have said the same thing.
