Hi there, unfortunately if a school decides to permanently delete data then we are legally obliged to do so after a resonable period. (More details available in our data protection and security policy)
However, schools can choose to keep this data beyond a fresh start by selecting appropriate settings and are encouraged to download any data they might need after a fresh start on this page too, just in case.
