changing visibility for some demerits

We would like a way to track students visiting the toilet during lesson time, which is not seen as punitive.

Currently we can create a demerit that has no value, however parents and students would still see this as a negative, regardless of its value.

Could an option to customise the visibility of each demerit be created, so that this option is visible to staff, but not to students and parents, whilst the rest of the demerits remain visible to all.

There may well be other things that we would like to track going forward which do not fall under the points or demerits categories.

We feel it would be a nice option to have.

    Hi there! Thanks for the suggestion - unfortunately we currently we have no plans to allow visibility control on individual demerits/categories of demerits as this would be quite technically challenging - more so than coming up with a dedicated solution for allowing schools to manage classroom passes. We are however investigating classroom passes as a possible future improvement, though this hasn't moved beyond the investigation stage at the moment.
