Incident Alert

A feature request which sets an alert for certain members of staff when a more serious incident had happened.

The school finds that sometimes an incident is happening and teachers are recording it but if they don't then come and let a member of the Pastoral team know it can take until the next download 9we do that weekly) for them to be aware and then follow it up.
