Messenger - ability to download messages to an individual parent

Following my call, this is what many schools we talk to would like. We need on occasions to be able to gather all messages sent to a particular parent (and their responses). The data is there but currently, you have to open each message in turn which is a logistical nightmare. Can an export be created that would allow you to do this please for selected parents or even staff.

    Hi! Thanks again for your suggestion. We believe that this already exists in Epraise today. Here’s how - Go to Admin -> Contracts and Compliance -> SAR -> Search for parent. Once parent is selected request messages in the data. Thank you.
