List of pupil demerits (individual) Report

The report above is very helpful when preparing information for GDMs but it does not include the outcome for each demerit meaning this has to be entered manually. However, the report below 'List of student demerits with interventions' might encompass this but there is no option to do so for individual pupils. Please can you combine one or the other so individual pupil demerits and interventions can be downloaded. Thank you

Ah yes, sorry I can see it now - sorry! I'll add that to our list and try and get that fixed in the next week or two for you.

Hi Ben. Sorry for the delay - yes, I think we are getting there. However, I think we may now be on different reports? The 'List of student demerits with interventions' bring the date out '5th September 2024'. We can't change this using the number section in excel as you suggest, perhaps because of the 'th'?

Glad we're getting close! For the date formats, the file itself is actually formatting as I'd expect in the international way (2024-01-09 10:42:09) - unfortunately it looks like Excel as decided that even though we're in the UK we want mm/dd/yyyy - and I'm not sure what we can do about this one at our end. The easiest thing may be to manually select the date column, and then change the format to 'long date' so that you can see the month, though there may be other options too. In my test this worked well, and I could also manipulate the data nicely with functions such as "MONTH" to retrieve the month from the date. Does that help at all?

Hi Ben. Yes, thank you - this is incredibly helpful for preparing GDM packs etc. However, the date in this report appears in the long format meaning we can't manipulate it in Excel. It would be helpful to have the short format as the default for all reports as then anyone can manipulate it how they please in Excel. Thanks again Ben, great that this is nearly there.

Appologies for the delay - this additional field went live a week or two ago - let us know if that does what you need :)

Ah so sorry about that - leave it with me. It might take us a few weeks to get back around to it, but we'll make sure we get that added in ready for September!

Hi Ben. Thanks for shipping this report. It's great to have individual students in the 'List of student demerits with interventions' report. However, this report is missing the subcategory limiting it's impact in preparation for GDM packs etc. Please can you include the subcategory as this would then be an excellent tool. Thanks.

Hi Ben. Thanks for coming back to us. Not every demerit has an intervention so it would really help us to have a report of all demerit's with any intervention listed in an 'intervention' column. Thank you

Hi there, if every demerit has an intervention, you may find that the "List of student interventions with demerits" export meets your needs - let us know if that works for you, and if not, we can look into creating a new one.
