Messenger - ability to disable or enable replies

We use messenger for all types of communications, internally and externally. However, some of these messages (specifically to students) are meant to be "for information only" and are not expected a reply. We are sometimes faced with students responding "spam" messages and would therefore want the ability, when creating a message in Epraise, to select an option disabling replies.

Conversely, some conversations where it would be great to have replies are blocked from replies. Ideally, we want a way for a school to allow teachers to decide whether to allow replies for these messages if they wish to do so.
