Include Some Basic Message Information in ePraise Email Notifications

I want to be able to understand some basic information about a message in ePraise from the email notifications, primarily:

  1. The initials of the child along with class/year, if the message is specific to one child

  2. The subject of the message


Having this basic information in the email notifications I receive would help me to more quickly assess the urgency of the message so I can view it within the app.

    We've looked at this suggestion and whilst we want to offer more useful information to ensure messages aren't seen as spam, we would prefer not to put any PII in message notifications and do want to ensure parents log in to read messages. Therefore we're going to look at adding in the school name and the message category into subject line and content.
