Send additional communications in regards to demerits

We would find it beneficial for a more streamlined process to send additional communications regarding demerits/ interventions.

For example viewing the list of interventions for a day and then selecting show parents you can see the full list of parent names, we would like to copy the email column, copy and paste these into an email and then send a bespoke message to the parents.

    Hi there! Our messenger add-on includes the ability to click a 'new message' button on the intervention parents list, which should make it really easy to reach out to parents directly. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to your Customer Success Manager as they can go through all the other great things you can do with Messenger.
