Improve message management for parents (App)

Parents are finding it difficult to locate messages once they’ve been read, as messages are not sorted by date and cannot be deleted or archived.

Suggested improvements:

  • Keep messages in chronological order (newest first), regardless of read/unread status

  • Allow parents to delete or archive messages

  • Add filters (e.g. All, Unread, Archived) or sorting options

  • Attach files

    Hi there, we launched parents archiving messages a year or two ago so this should already be possible. In addition, although we do order with unread messages first, beyond that they should already be sorted by date. We've added a search to the web view in the past year, though we agree that adding it to the mobile would be great in the future. If the above is not working for you / your parents, we'd love to hear more and perhaps set up a call.
