Attendance Codes - customise the restricted code list

When I record attendance in epraise I have these options for codes:When other staff do this they only have these codes:I was expecting staff to have a reduced set of codes however we do need them to have access to the 'B' code. We are using this to record attendance for students who are attending the lesson remotely because they need to self-isolate. It is marked in SIMS as being a 'basic' code so it should be accessible to all teachers and when doing attendance through SIMS it is.Is there a way to make the B code available to teachers in epraise?
