Epraise - Email notification on a demerit/intervention to a specific email address

I have been given this email address to give suggestions for epraise going forward. 

I've been thinking about the demerit system and how best to apply it to Tower College. If there was a notification system that pings one email address so the behaviour team can immediately put interventions in place, this would create an efficient system. 

Is there a way I can set this up or would this need future development?

    We think that demerit/intervention emails will become unmanageable and are costly over time, however we think we can improve how easy it is to do a follow up intervention after assigning the demerit via the demerits overview.
