Behaviour Team tracking of stages demerits

Can you please briefly summarise your request?

We have multiple staff working as part of the behaviour team and it would be great if they could use epraise to display what has been dealt with or what is it at specific stages. I have seen on the report an incident section, I can specify whether an incident is 'new' 'completed' 'in the process' ect. This could be a great tool to be applied to demerits to say when parents have been contacted, when pupils have sat their detentions, if a detention has to be issued.

    Hi there!

    Our interventions feature works really well for setting detentions after logging a demerit. We also make it really easy to send messages about that intervention via Me > Intervention Supervision, if you have our messenger feature.
