Intervention CSV provides nil value for students with no intervention

Please update the csv file download on the student section of the intervention overview to include all students so it returns a nil value for all students who have not had an intervention.

    Hi Chris, thanks for your suggestion. We've marked this as "Not on our Roadmap" as we're going to look to add a 'count of interventions' export as per a previous suggestion which I think will resolve this - does that sound sensible to you?
