Messenger: Parents and students to attach files to responses

I have a question regarding the messaging service. Can a parent/student attach a file/photo to send to a member of staff?

    Hi, thanks very much for getting in touch.

    Attachments can't be added to a conversation in our Messenger feature today. It isn't something we intend to look at any time soon, but we can keep this idea public for other schools to see. If more Schools vote on it, we can always review it again : )


    We tend to suggest to school communities using Messenger to share a link within to a shared doc, such as GDrive or Teams, in a message, so you can at least share access to the intended attachment.
