Set the 'Intervention Tab' with the year level.

I'm a previous user of yours when I worked in the UK and I remember that we had set our 'Intervention Tab' to show things like: 'Level One: x, Level Two: y, Level Three: z', however the epraise lead in my current school believes that he made contact and changing these tabs could not be done. We need it to be that we can run reports of students who are at each level of intervention without creating demerits etc. It would also be preferable that these are not seen by the parents and remain 'School knowledge' for the purposes of tracking and monitoring. Please can you confirm that this is possible and arrange a phone call or place me in touch with the relevant colleague who can support in making these changes and advise on how they can be reported or seen by others.
