Compulsory comments on demerits and points

Option to make comments on demerits and points compulsory so staff have to add a comment before it can be submitted.

Individual files when bulk downloading milestone certificates

We would find it beneficial when we bulk download milestone certificates that instead of them being all downloaded within the one PDF they are created as separate files, similar to how its done when selecting individual students.
