Ability to send notifications for points on the app.

Hi. I am starting to set up notifications for students on the app. I think I have done all the steps in the admin section but they don't appear. Any advice?

    Would this be possible just for commendations? As an option for parents to switch on?

    Thanks Steve - no appology needed, it's a valid suggestion and it's not the first time I've heard it, but we do think it's important that when a parent/student/teacher gets a notification it's for the bigger/more important things rather than the day-to-day things. Good question around notifications - I believe the routine runs around the clock, but basically skips schools depending on the timezone they have set - but if that's not what you're seeing please do let us know!

    Hi Ben. Makes sense. Sorry I'm new to ePraise and now I see why you don't do it. I wanted to ask about the 8am to 8pm notifications. Is this UK timed? Thanks. Steve

    Hi Steve, we currently have no plans to send notifications for points on the apps due to the number of notifications this would cause parents and students to recieve - not only would this pose some technical challenges, but it would also reduce the impact of the other notifications such as those for the badges. Please do let us know if you have any more suggestions - sorry this isn't something we can add to the platform.
