Display Last Updated Timestamp for Seating Plans

Currently, there is no way to see when a seating plan was last updated. This can create uncertainty for cover teachers who frequently move between different classes. Students sometimes test boundaries, and without knowing if the seating plan is current, cover teachers must manually confirm with the class teacher, which is time-consuming.

Proposed Solution:
Add a visible timestamp or indicator showing the last time a seating plan was updated. This could appear:

• On the seating plan overview page

• Within the seating plan details view

Benefits:

• Saves time for cover teachers and reduces the need for manual confirmation

• Improves classroom management and consistency

• Provides transparency and confidence that seating arrangements are accurate
