Identify Students with Intervention Conflicts During Bulk Assignment

When bulk-assigning students to interventions (e.g. late detentions), if any selected students are already scheduled for another intervention at the same time, the system blocks the action and displays a generic message (e.g. “3 students are already in an intervention”).

However, the system does not identify which students are causing the conflict. As a result, administrators must manually cross-reference large cohorts (often 100+ students) against existing interventions to identify clashes. This process is highly time-consuming and creates unnecessary administrative overhead.

Hi there, thanks so much for your feedback, it's really helpful. Would you be able to give us an idea of whether adding a maximum of two or even three names in the drop down would help, or would you need it to always list every name? The latter is much more difficult at the moment, as it would require a new user interface and we'd have to apply these changes to our apps too, so we're just trying to get a sense of how complex this issue is.

    Many thanks for your help!
