    Intervention escalation notifications for staff

    We would find it beneficial if there was a notification to alert staff for whenever an intervention has been escalated to them, it could be a notification in the intervention section or an email notification.

    Ability to select multiple messages and chose to either Archive or Delete them as a Parent

    Currently Epraise has the ability to Archive message one at a time. We've had a request for the feature to be able to select multiple messages at once in order to chose whether to Archive and/or Delete the selected messages.

    Custom indicators - add additional options

    More granular control over 'hide demerits' feature.

    Currently the hide demerits feature only lets you hide them globally. It would be nice to be able to hide them based on Year Groups or other groups, or even by user type.
