Export Data permissions

Feature Request ======================== We would like to give staff members access to be able to access 'Export Data' rather than access being role based we'd like to provide access via an option for staff accounts.

Custom Codes writeback

When taking the register through the ePraise writeback facility, we noticed that some SIMS Codes have not come through. The numeric codes (4 for isolation etc.) are not accessible.

Alternatively, choose a milestone and exclude those with a higher milestone achieved.

Weekly points - to houses instead of individuals

Add the ability for schools to set up weekly points for houses instead of individuals, for example where students in the given house have not recieved any demerits.
