    Allow schools to control how 0 points in SIMS behaviour is handled

    Currently, 0 points in SIMS will come across as a demerit in Epraise. Some schools use 0 points as information only and as such have requested that they not generate demerits/display entirely. This cannot be changed on a per-school basis currently...
