Switch off visibility of house points

I would like to 'hide' the points from students view for the last 2 weeks of any given term for the big 'unveil' of the overall winning house to generate a further sense of community

Attendance - Awards

Messenger - Limit who the parents can send messages to

We would like a feature / setting in the admin section that would allow to limit the staff role that parents can send messages to. Currently, once we enable parents to initiate conversations, they can message any member of staff in Epraise.
