Student House Point View to include previous term(s)

In the below house point search there is an option to see this terms points, but not last terms points. It would be a good feature if it could show the previous terms within an academic year to show the difference. I know you can run a data export...

Document shared with parents and students for more than 6 months

We have just discovered that documents can only be added for 6 months. Is this correct? We would like the pupils and parents to be able to look back through their reports and grades to see progress. Any thoughts?
